The 14,000-square-foot historic building that now houses Carolina Seafood & Steak restaurant in Myrtle Beach was constructed in 1969 and showcases stunning architectural elements salvaged from the former Ocean Forest Hotel—Myrtle Beach’s first “million-dollar” hotel.
The majestic wooden arches, crafted in 1927 and now separating the restaurant’s dining areas, along with the original bar, are preserved features from this iconic hotel.



Carolina Seafood & Steak provides a warm, inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for families.
Owner Tevos Zatikyan loves seeing families gather to enjoy delicious meals and create unforgettable memories. “We welcome families and groups of all sizes,” he shares with pride.

Since its opening in 2014, Carolina Seafood & Steak has served a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes that appeal to the entire family. Located on Restaurant Row, the restaurant specializes in surf and turf combinations, featuring locally sourced seafood and prime certified Angus beef.
The building features several unique spaces: a Main Dining Room, a Garden Room with a glass ceiling, a cozy Bar, the Wooden Room adorned with natural wood walls and colored glass mosaic windows, and the Carolina Lounge. The lounge boasts a dance floor and stage, available for private parties with full equipment and DJ options.
With a spacious kitchen, Carolina Seafood & Steak is equipped to host large events, including wedding receptions, with flexible A-la-carte or buffet-style dining options for your guests.
